Reloading 32 rimfire
Came across this little item about reloading 32 Rimfire.. From looking at other places, the biggest negative is that the brass is a tad fragile and can be damaged.. that being said looks better than nothing.. Re: What is Garand ammo going for today?

But Right now one can order new PPU M1 garand 30-06 ammo in an ammo can for 374 - 330 for a 500 rounds 75 - 66 cents a round delivered.. Now in yo...

Poor bubba gets the blame for alot things Sears and the NRA did
So we look at a Sporterized rifle today and we blame it on BUBBA.. But more likely we should be blaming it on large companies like Sears and the NRA for chopping down rifles.. and in this case charging a premium to do it.. 1966 Sears Catalog.. Had to pay more to get them chopped up back in those day...

Re: One of America's legendary small arms was designed by a convict
Williams developed the "floating chamber" to give the belt guns enough energy to cycle. One of four (reportedly) in existence - Winchester 1917 dedicated .22 trainer from the Winchester museum. Many thanks I was not aware of those.. Now that would be a blast.. I remember more then a few y...

Re: One of America's legendary small arms was designed by a convict
It's amazing how much your memory can deceive you. I recall seeing the movie as a kid. The thing is, I remember Jimmy Stewart demonstrating the reliability of a lever action rifle by dunking it in a trough of muddy water before loading the single cartridge a guard handed him. Since I know the M1 Ca...

Re: One of America's legendary small arms was designed by a convict
His shop interior was removed from his home and reconstructed in the NC Museum of History. Located in downtown Raleigh. I have seen it several times. Everything down to bottle tops on window sills and cigarette packs was reconstructed. Very interesting. Wow... did not know that... I will need to st...

Re: One of America's legendary small arms was designed by a convict
Nice gun tale... David "Carbine" Williams is one of those true characters in the gun world. I have read that he was a bit of a pain to work with. Another invention the Mr Williams is responsible for is an adaptor for 1919s & 1917s to be able to shoot 22 LR in a full auto mode.. The dar...

Re: Lakeland Gun Show
It was a pretty darn good show.. There was a ton of walk in guns.. There was many exchanges before the door opened at all. Now this is just alot of old guns.. Not alot of new items.. Not a ton of ammo.. That being said I did find some 22 caps and 6mm flobert. You do not find that everyday. and at a ...
