I am amazed how many small amount gun dealers can compete in the new gun field.. Many times they have to pay more then some of the big stores can sell them at.. Its a tough racket..

Re: What are local gun shows like now?
I found some Hodgdon HS-6 that I hope will replace Clays as my go to pistol powder. A pound of that and 1000 federal small pistol primers set me back $190. Another  was checking out the price of two guns I priced last week at the Tampa Shoot Straight. I hoped to get a gun show deal o...

There was an open partial 1 pound container at the Ocola show. Other then that there was not a ton of reloading items there.

Re: What are local gun shows like now?
Noticed that there is a gun show in Orlando 7-10/11. I have not been to one in a few years. These days, would I find any powder? A little bit of IMR 4227 would be great to find. But I would not want to spent the $12 entry fee to wander halls of flea market stuff. Was thinking of hitting the Deland ...

Re: 2 Guys Gun Shows- Any good?
Went to the two shows.. Both seemed about the same size, give or take more or less. Where as the two guys show was better for me.. A lot more older rifles and guns.. There were some interesting pieces One of the odd ball items was a Gras 1874 converted into a 20 ga shotgun.. You will see many more c...

Re: 2 Guys Gun Shows- Any good?
There's 2 shows in Pinellas this coming weekend. 2 guys at the old Minrig building in Largo and the St Pete gunshow at the National Guard Armory. The 2 guys show at this location is small. I can't tell you about the other one. Going for the first time on Saturday. It doesn't happen often. The Armor...

Re: Parts Kits and Projects Picture Thread!
Very cool. That looks like a complicated gun to build. It's really not that bad. They're pretty simple and for a design thats been around since the 1960's, built on a piece of bent sheet metal it really makes we wonder why these things cost $2K.... 2k seems like it may be a deal, There are kits alo...

Re: 2 Guys Gun Shows- Any good?
Thinking of checking out the show in Largo. Mostly looking for Milsurp stuff and accessories. Any good? So did you go to the 2 guys show?? If so how was it?? Always seems I have to pick another show over those guys and do not make to theirs. I did. It was a $1/minute show. In and out in 5 minutes. ...
