Re: What was your first revolver?
As a teenager, I was really into black powder. When I turned 17 my dad got me a replica Colt 1860 Army cap and ball revolver. Fun to shoot, but hell to clean. My first modern revolver was a Ruger Single Six convertible .22 LR/ .22 magnum. I was 19 and bought it for $125 from a guy who'd listed it i...

Yeah, I live a little North of Orlando. I know the last time I was coming home from the Lakeland show, there was an accident right before Hwy 27. I was sitting there for over an hour, with no where to get off. At least I wasn't n the accident! Geez that stinks.. Just hope there can to be a better s...

Re: Deland Gun & knife show 8/22 - 8/23
Thanks for the info! I may go to the next one in Deland. I haven't been to the Orlando show since the county "no private sales on county property" situation. The Sanford show usually sucks, and the Lakeland rifle and Pistol Club one that is now at the airport is too frustrating of a drive...

Deland Gun & knife show 8/22 - 8/23
The show was real nice. Did have a large number of walk in guns. And there were a good number of modern pistols and rifles. More older weapons. Some fairly rare rifles. There was a no 1 Mk V that was fairly priced. And there were 2 pieces of artillery.

Went to that show today, was not crowded in the early morning. Alot of nice older guns.
Nice folks running it..Not a large show but more then enough and a far amount of stranger guns.. A guy there have a nice 45 acp Eagle carbine. You do not see alot of those..

Re: Belt fed 12ga AR Upper
Man, how fun would this thing be! Sure would be cool if someone made a 12ga MK19  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PRAjroxlJI I love it. But this is an older video from like 2009. So it does not give me hope he figured out the kinks in it. Which is a shame.. To be fair shotgun ammo is tough to...

Re: .22LR STEN MK3 thoughts....
That’s super pricey...I’d almost hate to cut up something like that. Hoping the Mossberg 380 will do the trick. Should have it later this week to start taking apart and looking over. Just need to get some STEN parts and hit up AutoZone for some pipe. Yeah, I like what you are doing better,,, Alot m...
