At the federal level, it is legal to ship legally owned firearm from a person to an FFL anywhere, or for an FFL to return a firearm or replacement after repair directly to a person. UPS/FedEx might still be allowing such shipments from a person to an FFL, if an FFL initiates it and acts as a shipper...

When I was here ten years ago you could ship a handgun to an individual within the state by UPS overnight with a copy of the buyer's license. Does this still hold true? Since 2022 even FFLs need to have a special contract with UPS to ship firearms and certain parts. I would recommend against shippi...
