Re: Anyone here been through chemo treatment before ?
Great news TonyR!
N0rlf, you're up next. I had a heart ablation done at Vanderbilt a couple of years ago and I can tell you that place is the best of the best. You're in good hands so don't sweat the location decision. You're both still in the prayer group and we're expecting a positive outcome.

Re: My son’s song on YouTube
Sounds great but he needs to add more gain on the vocals for the final mixdown. The song's message should be the lyrics with the melody and the nice guitar work being the vehicle that brings it all home. Other than that, I thought it was a great sound and a nice piece of music. I'd say he has talent...

Re: Anyone here been through chemo treatment before ?
Great news Tony! You could be looking at full recovery in just 5 or 6 months. Followups will continue for years afterward but it's a small price to pay for peace of mind & knowing the hard part is done with. My chemo was about 3+ hrs too but they broke it up with a Benadryl drip so I got to slee...

Good news from both of you! Keep up the great attitude and deal with not-fun stuff as it comes... it will get better and better over time.

Re: Anyone here been through chemo treatment before ?
I went through chemo 5 years ago and it's still fairly fresh in my mind. I did one treatment a week for 6 weeks (plus daily radiation for 2 months followed by major surgery). I did pretty well for the first 2 weeks but by the third week it was starting to get harder to recover. I was told that not e...
