Yep.

There's nothing in Florida firearm or hunting laws that defines a pistol used for hunting differently than every other use.

However, if your pistol is over 26 inches long, it is no longer "concealable", so you can add a vertical foregrip - but this changes it from a pistol to a "firearm". But then you wouldn't be hunting with a pistol. So, don't do that. Or at least remove the VFG before going hunting.

Does the 5-round mag limit still apply to AR pistols?
