"... At about 2 p.m., a "witness" told campus security that he heard a gun go off while he was in the bathroom in Cooper Memorial Library on LSSC's South Lake campus, according to Clermont Police in a news release.
Campus security confirmed that there was a bullet hole in the restroom mirror and the bathroom smelled of gunpowder, and the campus was placed on lockdown.
Clermont Police responded, and during an interview with the "witness," the man admitted he was responsible and the gun was his, police said.
Judd was arrested and transported to the Lake County Jail.
The campus was given an all-clear less than an hour later. No one was injured."

It does not actually say he had a cwl. It states he was charged for bring a concealed weapon on campus. Usually most articles will state that individuals had a cwl as a side note. Even when arrested at TSA.
He may or may not have has a cwl. Who knows......Jeffrey Judd was charged with bringing a concealed firearm on school campus. Did Not mention charge for discharging a firearm in public according to article. But we know he'll be charged with that also.
Even though, would it not be a misdemeanor anyways if he did have a cwl. For carrying in an area your not suppose to. Like a campus.
It seems to me the more serious charge would be the firing of the weapon in public. Who knows the article is to incomplete.
If anything it's more ammo for the libs as to why cc should not be allowed on campus.
