And over 10 years later since the Supreme Court decided in his favor and you still can't reasonably get a concealed carry permit in DC.

Ultimately, the Government does what it wants. That's why bump stocks officially became illegal machine guns the other day Federally. Who's going to be the Dick Heller of bump stocks?
