The SCOTUS has outlived its usefulness when a group of five government-funded U.S. citizens wearing nightgowns to work can translate our Constitution at will to the benefit of their paymasters without a single ounce of self-awareness of the conflict of interest intuitively obvious to the 330 million casual observers residing around the country.
