He thought that he was in his own dwelling.
He was tired and decided to go to sleep.
When he got to the bed, there was someone already in it.
He was just trying to wake that poor fellow up.
Unfortunately, he forgot that he had his pistol
in his hand at the time.
Unfortunately that person in the bed woke up
and shot that poor misguided youth .
All points to the home owners fault.
