I have an idea:
Deploy the U.S. military wherever the U.S. Congress approves them to be, per the U.S. Constitution.
The current deployment of U.S. military assets all over the globe is Constitutionally illegal and a gross misallocation of taxpayer monies. Congress cannot delegate war powers to the executive. It is criminal.
