So who got arrested? Hard to make out.
One of the Antifa asses. He was egging the bikers on to come and get some. Guess he wanted his ass beaten so the cops took him into custody for his own protection (I believe).

Cops should have let Natural Selection takes its course!
The cops should have not shown up, and let the bikers take care of these asswipes. Then take a road trip to drop one of them off at each of the Libitard cities that are being looted. Send the Libitards the message that they sleep with the fishes.
