There is only so much you can do domestically with EOs. All the gun legislation turns on these "end the filibuster" threats.
Sounds like Biden is issuing some gun executive orders tomorrow

Yeah, it's hard to make people get a background check for firearms that aren't firearms...

Will be interesting for sure.
Banning the importation of firearms/parts/ammunition would be problematic.
The 80% stuff....not sure. Thats an arbitrary number, and I think it would open a can of worms nobody is ready to get into yet.
At what point does a piece of sheet metal, or rectangular chunk of aluminum become contraband?
Is having some bar stock and a mill "constructive intent"? Or sheet metal and a hydraulic press? Or steel tubing and a Mig welder?
I typically don't buy into the panic and shit like that, but I did (painfully) order several MP5 and G3 flats. Just in case I guess.
But regulating "rifle caliber pistols" is going to be interesting, thats for sure. I'm not quite sure how'd they'd do that. There's millions out there, make them registered SBR's? Dunno

What if Florida said, no thanks, we’re good?
I know the Tallahassee tallywhackers won’t stand up for our state, but they have every right to tell D.C. and their comatose cowboy to go pound sand.
