The CDC just extended it in a power grab. The SCOTUS and Constitution or Bill of Rights means nothing to this rogue extremist political faction of our government. Americans no longer own their property. When the government can dictate you must just give it to the masses for free. We know the money/aid to help pay their rent this trash gets will not use it to pay rent to property owners so they in turn can pay mortgages. Again socialist stealing and destroying people's lives.

The Kommies-in-Charge are finishing the job that the Obomination started. They are socializing ALL the Federal bureaucracies, not just the CDC. You will notice that the Federal Reserve, one of the most corrupt agencies, now enforces "Climate Change" and "Social Inclusion" in their mandates for banks and others they regulate. It is not enough that the Fed buys all the Treasury Bills issued which allows the Libiturds to spend as much as they want. The Fed helps tax anyone that has any $ saved, and all retirees to rob their wealth so that the Kommies can redistribute it. The Military will be rendered ineffective once all the "Social Inclusion" mandates are implemented. The Chi-Coms are running things.
