And I say it's not the same thing for guns because "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED". Any law or restriction IS an infringement. I know they've gotten away with a lot in the past and 2A was put on the back burner for decades. Going forward "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" is where we draw the line in the sand. Give zero ground.
