PMs ... dont show as 'sent'

PMs ... dont show as 'sent'

Hello,
What does it mean when a PM that I have 'sent' shows in the 'outbox', but not in the list of 'sent' PMs?

The recipient hasn't read it yet. Once opened and read, it will show as "sent."
