I believe there are some "Glock 18s" that are still in existence today, but owned/controlled by LE. I don't think any were sold to "citizens."

I call BS. CLEARLY it says 21 and 9x19 on the side. Police officers are gun experts and know that a 21 isn't 9x19, so that means the pistol is fake. They also know that there aren't any full auto 21s, so when they see the switch, that ALSO indicates it's fake. These are perfectly safe for children and young adults to point at random strangers in parks and schools. It's all good fun!

I'm actually going to order one to check it out. May be a decent training aid, either for tactics or simply "Look at this crap!"

Yeah, but don't they have the orange barrel "crowns" to make them more visually apparent?

Came across them twice. Once, when I was taking the Glock Armor's class, the instructor brought one in and I got to "finger" it and the second time which was like a year ago, I rented one at Delray Shooting Center which they had mounted in a Roni and my son and I went through 200 rounds that I had to buy there in like no time. The select fire MP-5 there is still my favorite.
