I don't think most people are that sophisticated. I think most people only know what Oprah tells them then they repeat what Oprah told them as if it was their own independent thoughts.

Summoned me. I'd sit there for hours, waiting for the lawyers to go over the prospective jurors questionnaires, then get dismissed. After moving here and going through the same thing a couple times I used my back problems as a medical excuse, got a Drs. note, told them they'd have to provide a suitable chair. They then permanently took me off the list.
