Question: Is there a way one can see the type of mortgage a house has, possibly building a list of a type? Specifically, looking for those having VA mortgages, so I could assume the mortgage at an earlier, lower interest. In Pinellas.
Hurrah for the Bonnie Blue Flag that bears a Single Star.

Mortgages are public record. You can see them here for Pinellas: https://officialrecords.mypinellasclerk.org/

Not sure if the type of mortgage is specified, but reading it may give you a clue.

A realtor listing a home for sale will indicate if the mortgage is assumable.
