Looking For Local Farm To Buy Cow
I am looking for a farm in the Ocala area to buy a half of cow. Would prefer it be certified organic, grass fed, grass finished. Anyone know done business with one?
Check with Braddocks butcher shop in Seville. He's east from you but might be able to hook you up.

LOL,never heard of splitting a cow like that. You buy half of a cow split from head to ass,not front or back,hahaha.

Yeah, but that would be called a "side of beef", not 'half a cow" wouldn't it?
And what the heck does "grass finished" mean?
Maybe I'm just not too familiar with these terms.
