Somehow I found this thread again and noticed that per the above link, sometime between June and August of this year, the value of this property went from around $1.3 Million to less than $450.000. It's also no longer on the market.Tenzing_Norgay wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 10:04 pmhttps://www.zillow.com/homedetails/6101 ... 5394_zpid/
Somebody may have lost their shirt over this.

Maybe some kind of adverse environmental or zoning determination?cvasqu03 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 27, 2023 1:27 pmSomehow I found this thread again and noticed that per the above link, sometime between June and August of this year, the value of this property went from around $1.3 Million to less than $450.000. It's a reasonable bet the buyer did some diligence and discovered some major issues, but I don't know how Zillow would know about that.
For $450,000 I'll get 10 friends together and buy the property today if I can still shoot there!

That place properly managed, and after removal of the crazy element, could make some money.
It's zoned Residential 02-01 Manufactured/Modular Housing - Single. Probably couldn't get it grandfathered for the commercial range use. Once the original owner ceases operations of a now non-compliant use the grandfathering goes away. That would reduce the price a bit.
So a new buyer couldn't even use it as a private range anymore?milsurp wrote: ↑Sat Oct 28, 2023 11:47 am It's zoned Residential 02-01 Manufactured/Modular Housing - Single.
