I was aware of this around the Memorial Day weekend. They call it Urban Beach Week. Miami Beach really clamped down on that. Spring break attracts anyone of any color who wants to get drunk. Sadly it forces many who live on South Beach to “get out of Dodge” for the duration. GARY

They're also setting up "Bag Checks" in and around Miami Beach. The 4A must just be a guideline.
