1- Yes, in Florida, you are required to roll down your window when a police officer is attempting to pull you over. This is to ensure a smooth interaction with law enforcement

When I get stopped, all 4 windows go down; the interior light goes on if it is at night; and two hands go on the top of the steering wheel. No motion is made without notice to the officer.

I keep all relevant documents ready at all times.
When I am pulled over license, Registration and insurance are in my hand window down and hands on the top of the steering wheel with fingers wiggling.
I do this in spite of the fact the LEO has already run my ID and knows I am OK but I am making sure he knows he is 100% safe to approach.
This idolized athlete (As mentioned we make them idolized) set himself up by being a dick from the get go.
That being said he found out the cop that pulled him insist on being twice the dick of anybody in the area and when said Dolphin was dismissive and condescending (Neither are against the law but stupid when a guy with a gun is being pissed off by your tude) he fooked around and found out

We have all seen numerous traffic stops where the driver was rude abusive argumentative and even threatening (verbally) and we all are yelling drag that asswipe out and cuff him but the LEO remains cool, writes the ticket and says have a nice day.
He says if you don't roll it down I will pull you out of the car and before another breath he pulls the door open and drags him out with violence.
Out of line. He could have looked at him and said please exit the vehicle or we will remove you and given him oh maybe 2 seconds or 3 before doing his Eric Cartman impersonation
Cops have the right to insist the window is down (They do not have to ask me it is down) and if they want they can ask you to exit the vehicle, both lawful commands. Two of those cops have anger management issues and should be on a tactical team with a cooler head holding their leash telling them to never talk to the public in anyway.
They are bullies that demand you kiss their butts. The one would be gone that day and the city treasurer would breath a sigh of relief
Even so had they pulled me over I would have never acted like Mr Privileged to set all this in motion and that is the real lesson we Joe Public need to learn from this incident.

This Latin cop has some young black guy in a ridiculously expensive car giving him attitude. It's 92 degrees, he has this shit detail outside the stadium, with every kind of moron driving like idiots (it's Miami). I totally understand why he's on edge. But he reacted badly.
My last traffic stop was on I-10 in Louisiana, 3 years ago this November. It's twilight. I'm the passenger, my friend is the driver. We are heading back from Texas, hoping to make to Crestview that evening. We are in a rented Tahoe. One cop at first, but soon another shows up. One has my friend get out and talks with him away from the Tahoe, while I am in the passenger seat talking to the other. They think we're fishy for some reason, mine mentions is there anything in the vehicle that shouldn't be there. I tell him "no." and to call the dog squad in to check that out, but could it please be quick--we have a long drive ahead that night. I tell him about my gun and give him my CWP. They skip the dog, let us go, no ticket. We get to Crestview.
If me or my friend give these guys shit, who knows how it goes. Getting shot? No, but I don't need bracelets and a county cot at my age--the bracelets would tear up my rotator cuff, and the cot would raise hell with my back.

I still don't see how #1 works. There's still a lot of 4A issues here about cuffing him under the circumstances. No matter how you slice this, the cop escalated when he should having been trying to bring the temperature down. Egos had no place there.
20+ over the speed limit is a arrestable offence in most states, just sayin
