Upgrade life membership

Post by jimmac »

So, I got a note from NRA to upgrade my Patron membership to Benefactor.
I figured, why not, so entered my name, member number and e mail, and hit SUBMIT.
Guess what that damn "I am not a robot" popped up, I had just finished arguing with another web site that I pay money to view, NO NOT PORN. but it takes me about 20 screens before I get qualified to enter, so when NRA came up with the same thing, I went ballistic, called the phone number on the sign up page, then wrote a very nasty note, after giving the woman that answered the phone a piece of my mind, just a small piece, I can't afford too much. The fee to upgrade is or was $350. I'll keep the money, and buy a new tool for the wood shop.
Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms, add a bag of Doritos, and we have a picnic.
It's a beautiful day, watch some idiot come along and screw it up.

Wayne got cashed out 5.1 million dollars and all we got was this crumby bump-stock ban.

How hard it is to sign up for a benefactor membership? Do you expect the NRA to baby you through the whole way signing up? Wasn’t hard to do myself at all. Sounds like a bunch of bitching and complaining. If your going to bad mouth an organization make sure your not just lazy as hell and can’t click on simple things on a website 👌

For the rest of the NRA haters lemme know who files the lawsuit against the State of Florida in 2020 when the AWB is put into place. It’ll be filed by the NRA 👍

They didn’t do much to prevent everyone under 21 losing their constitutional rights last time, and everyone losing bumpstock in Florida which they pretty much endorsed.

I’ll pass and stick to more pro -2A groups

I look at it this way. Give them something dumb we can do without. Any accessory really. We can make one upjust to “ban it” and say we banned something. I feel that way about bump stocks. Keep the enemy going in continuous circles trying to ban stuff like this.

Also if we all splinter off into too many different groups we’ll lose our power quickly. We have a huge fight coming up in 2020 w the AWB ballot initiative coming for Florida

You can’t give an inch, your not going to win any ground by giving it away every opportunity.
Next will be giving up semi auto rifle to save hand guns and bolts actions. Than you’ll be giving up bolt actions to save muzzle loaders. It’s just an endless cycle of appeasement, it didn’t stop the nazis and it won’t stop the anti-gunners either. I’m not saying you should cancel your membership, I’m just saying I won’t be ever renewing mine and will only support no compromise pro-2A groups from now on

The Captcha is for your protection- or rather the protection of the secrecy of the membership list. The NRA takes its membership list confidentiality seriously, and the captcha prevents a common form of attack.

Sorry you were unable to prove you are not a robot. On a sidenote, last time I saw you you were rockin a cool hat, still got it?
