Problem: Too many people are drowning in pools.

Writer: I've got it! We've tried banning swimming, telling people they'll die if they swim after eating, but people just won't listen... What to do, what to do... Eureka! Let's ban the sale of pool chlorine. In a few years the supply will be used up and people won't be able to chlorinate their pools anymore. They'll be forced to fill them in- and children across the country will finally be safe.

Pool guy: And they make salt cells that take the salt, break it a part, and produce chlorine on demand.

Writer: (high-fiving a crowd)
