I agree.

I do think we're in the"John Brown's abolitionist" pre "War of Northern Aggression" or The American Civil War of the 1860s period right now before all hell breaks loose.

The signs are all very obvious, the fuse has been lit.
Its just a matter now of how much fuse is left.
Check out firearms and ammo sales.
Its different this time around. The left have went to the socialistic extreme and are very open about the intentions they have for us deplorables as well as their supporters.

Time to prep and get ready to buck up boys !

I had a very similar situation. Never late with the rent. We ate the property tax increases every year just to keep them in our place.

This extension and complete lack of announced solution should give you a big hint to the economic troubles that are coming. There is no way possible, from a societal stability standpoint, they are going to dump 10 million new homeless people on the streets in the short term. That's why. They don't know what the hell they're going to do about this.

I would leave suburban Florida if I could, just from the inevitable future safety standpoint.

There’s no such thing as a free lunch.
I feel terrible for everyone that lost their job due to the government shutdown of the economy. That could be me any day. But nowhere in the Constitution does it authorize our government to jack up the national debt by sending checks out to Americans, much less voiding lawful private contracts. Guess who is on the hook for that...we all are.
The Constitution cannot be lawfully suspended just because we have a crises, regardless how serious it is. Lawmakers and politicians should and must be held accountable for violating our Constitutional protections against overreaching government diktats.

A friend of mine has a couple rental houses in the Cocoa/Rockledge area of Brevard County.
He was able to in effect evict a non paying tenant by just not renewing the tenant's lease.
Yes, he had to go to court to do so, he used the excuse that a relative needed the place to live, in while attending Eastern Florida College in Cocoa.
Right now, it appears a non renewal of a lease is the only way to get a non paying tenant out of your property.

My wife used to have a rental house. She said there are two kinds of tenants: those who don't pay but keep the place up; those who do pay but wreck the place.

I see an exception to that rule above. But, I've seen real confirmation, too. A blue carpet that looked dark gray, like a garage floor in the dining room; and a paint splash on the wall, so my wife now knows what "MOPAR blue" is. Yes, they were doing mechanical work in the house. There was only a carport. I guess they brought the components inside. Must've been raised by wolves.

But when the Civil War is declared, no insurance anymore. So you best hurry!
This is the main reason Trump has not instuted The Insurection Act. As soon as he is forced into doing it ALL insurance companies are off the hook for the losses to these Maoists, anachronistic, street criminals and common scum.
What should be done is go after the deepest pockets in this destruction and there is president to do it. Just as the Klan was broken by civil suits the exact same can be done to BLM.
