This ass wipe needs looters to visit him. Miami-Dade County prosecutor, Denise Georges, for his comment that it not OK to basically defend ones property. It's cruel and unusual punishment. What about the victims. I suppose they don't count. F'ing disgusting DEMOCRATIC SOCIALIST EXTREMISTS PARTY

Actually, since looters and other thieves don't believe in your right to own any property that they want, they are all "Domestic Enemies of the Constitution" and shooting them on sight is every American's civic duty. Any lawyer, talking head or political figure that disagrees is also a Domestic Enemy of the Constitution.

Another +1 for DeSantis in my book. 1) He removed that POS Israel from office. 2) He opened the state back up. 3) This legislation. IMHO DeSantis has been the best governor of Florida in my life time.

Still waiting for him to spend political capital on actual pro gun legislation like Open Carry or Constitutional Carry. The original discussion of this back in September mentioned nothing about making looting a business a forcible felony and I've yet to see the handout that was sent to the Senate.
Additionally, with Wilton Simpson (R) as the incoming Senate President, I doubt very much this will get off the ground in the first place. Simpson has a histo of "reaching across the aisle". Also, he was the asshole that authored SB7026.

Over on OAN, there are noises about Trump running in 2024, implying he is not so sure about the success of his current litigation Re: election. I would rather DeSantis run and win in 2024.

TBH, I'd rather DeSantis stay right where he is as FL Gov until his two full terms are over. We need him here to help fight back against that freaking FL Legislature... Maybe he can run in 2028.

You have a good point there, too. Keep "Nikki" from outing herself and running as a radical; or Gillum, I remember how close he came in 2018, and how much of the radical agenda he espoused. However, just looking at gun laws, while we might think we're insulated in FL, suckstartaHarley says she would make ARs subject to NFA. So, the feds can do a lot, which of course would start court cases, and the rogue elements in police departments would have a field day meanwhile.
