The flooded part of the road has caused a few accidents. I'm waiting for a skidding/hydroplaning car to end up in my yard.

You could charge parking fees to pay for your drainage improvements if any cars wind up in your yard.

Trash pump or grinder pump. Most of the others would more than likely quickly clog.

A truck load of fill - right along the road edge of your property. Tamp it down, toss some grass seed on it and let the road flood. :lol:
