Back of the napkin calculations tell me the dollar amount of the abandoned equipment pales in comparison to the $2.2+ trillion wasted on “Bush’s Folly”.
We can afford to do this over and over again only because our currency is damnear worthless. A trillion here, a trillion there, they don’t give a f*ck. Meanwhile, back on Main Street, USA, inflation is eating the American people alive.
Hey, look over there—another nation doing something Washington doesn’t like…better send the war machine in to straighten them out to our satisfaction.
