Everything about his life suggests that his parents pay his bills. You'd be surprised how fast someone with free time and Rosetta Stone can become fluent enough to get by.

Probably hiding in west Pasco somewhere. So many drug addicted homeless that his countenance won't be noticed. Especially since the media keeps showing a picture of him before he shaved his beard off.
