If a citizen hasn't voted in 6 years that person should be removed from the voter rolls

If a US citizen hasn't voted in every election, revoke their citizenship and give em a one way ticket to Venezuela.

The only reason I'm not NPA is so I can vote in the primaries.

If we had open primaries, NPA would probably jump from 3rd place to first place.
Which is probably why we don't have open primaries.
