Oh it's a trap, amnesty is for crimmial/illegal acts, owning an ar pistol has never been illegal.

Defacto gun registration at its best.
As for me, I am putting a 16" barrel on my Charger to keep it legal and unstamped.
With the folding brace it is almost as short as a Takedown 10/22.
My suggestion, make it legal and do not go for the free stamp.

According to reports, it won't be an SBR stamp. It will indicate "braced pistol"...new classification?
