Oh yeah, so the FPC, GOA and SAF all mamaged to get their members protected--good job by them.

Anybody notice the supposed "gun rights" organization missing from this list?

They must be too busy gold-plating Wayne's bathroom.

Probably obvious, but if you are a member of any of three organizations that actually got results for their members (apparently the best result that could be obtained at the moment), please consider sending them a thank you donation (I just did to SAF).

LOL, the losers at the NRA are now seeking to intervene in the SAF suit, so they can get their members covered, too.

If I could get a refund of my lifetime NRA membership, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

They are about as useful as feathers on a frog.

A refund on my lifetime membership would not be a lot, but since I got it around 1970 keeping it kicks them more than a refund.

Good news! In the context of evaluating the injunction (upheld), the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals notes that the ATF rule is "likely illegal." That's not a final determination, but a great interim finding.
