When you see someone like this you know nothing good is ever going to come from him.
Normal people just don’t go that far with tats, etc…

In El Salvador, they now just jail these guys. Seriously. Face tats are considered de facto evidence of being a gangster. You might be able to overcome that presumption, but....
And the guy running the show, Bukele, is wildly popular, since the murder/crime rate had plummeted.
