Now, after years of careful propaganda and subversion, you have a generation of men that have mostly never even touched a gun and are uncomfortable at even the thought. Coupled with emotional female voters, yep...we're fucked.
You get that Millenials have been at war since 2002 and have had literally millions roll through the armed services in that time frame, right?

Video games are a major recruiting tool for new gun ownership. The younger generation wants to shoot what they've digitally played with. They want to be guys from Call of Duty when they go to the range just like the Baby Boomers wanted to be the Lone Ranger when they bought a Winchester 1894 and a Ruger Vaquero. But the NRA blames video games for random acts of violence like the Leftists randomly blame a 30rd AR-15 magazine.

As a Hispanic I personally don't see any Pro Second Amendment work being directed towards the Spanish speaking communities. I have never seen an ad or article written in Spanish. I don't see or hear commercials broadcasted in Spanish. I don't see public outreaches into the Spanish speaking communities by gun rights organizations.
As an American, nothing should be in Spanish. The "Spanish speaking communities" need to learn English and conduct business in English, and red the Declaration of Independence in English and the Constitution in English.

Fracturing the country into separate groups is what hurts the gun cause. We need common touchstones to function as a country, and it starts with speaking English.

Sorry, but that's how it is.
The US acquisition of Puerto Rico, Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California says you're wrong. All those areas were Spanish settled and colonized and their populations were absorbed into the fabric and culture of the US. Furthermore, they were made Citizens when these territories were acquired.

Many a Tejano fought and died for freedom against Mexican Despotism when Texas fought for independence and later against Mexico in the US-Mexico War of 1846-1848. The 65th Infantry Regiment of the US Army fought a bloody battle in Korea against overwhelming number of Chinese Communist Troops and led a bayonet charge to kick the commies out.

The unit was mostly Hispanic made up of Puerto Ricans and Americans of Mexican ancestry.

In WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf War, and today in the War on Terror, a shit ton of Hispanics have served, bled, and died for this country.

Hell, prior to WWII the largest spoken language in the US other than English was German. There were German Social Clubs, Newspapers, Magazines, etc. All marketed specifically to the German American Communities scattered across the country. Guess what, they all proudly served the country when needed to.

Thanks for promoting that gun owners are a group of racist bigots.

Remember the Bible story about the 'Tower of Babble'?
I am not in any way religious but discussions like this always bring that tale to mind.
GOD made all the people building the tower speak differently so they COULD NOT WORK TOGETHER.

IF there is, as discussed elsewhere on FSN, a Florida "AWB" Constitutional Amendment on the ballot in 2020, then the campaign against it absolutely WILL have to include Spanish language advertising. The election margins in this state demand it.

People need to live in the real world.

By the way, Trump did not advertise in Spanish--but that was a calculated move that being a hardass on the issue would further his image more in several states (the Midwest) while gambling he could still take Florida. But for any statewide race in Florida, you have to be in Spanish. Both Scott and DeSantis just were, big time. Thank God.

Bible Thumping doesn't get across the majority of Americans.

Haitian too.

Only thumping for one crowd. As a long time non-believer there are still usable parables in all mythology.

Correct

And in Florida, it was those Spanish Speaking Cubans that were a major source of support. Trump was the only candidate to ever speak at Brigada 2506 and get their endorsement. He specifically reached out to the Hispanic community in South Florida by going to Brigada 2506.

Trump didn't do direct spanish speaking ds to Hispanic speaking communities but the RNC and RPoFL sure did on his behalf. The end result was the Cuban community supporting Trump.

As for DeSantis and Scott. Correct again.

First of all, Mr Snowflake- language is not a race. So stop that crying.

You are the one equating language with race. Actually, hispanic is not a race either. But it is a convenient crying point.

I am discussing the language issue. In America people need to learn English, and business and government need to be conducted in English. You want to talk about people who fought in wars. If you don't see the difference, then I can't help you.
