The fact that charges weren't filed is irrelevant at this stage of the game. I'm concerned what judge would sign off on that search warrant in the first place, as it's an indicator of the police attempting to construct PC against them. If no charges are ever filed, they can get their weapons back, but as of right now it's "evidence".
As stated, caving to public pressure and garbage media.

It’s all about the “optics” in politics and corporate America. It’s been that way for some time. I actually admire CEOs and politicians that thumb their noses at it. It drives MSM and the swamp nuts.

The wife thought these folks were Libiturds because he is a lawyer and the type of cases he accepts were liberal causes. But the other day when he was on live doing an interview indoors from his house, clearly he had one of Donald's books on the shelf. No libitard would have that as it is like garlic to them vampires.
The Missouri Governor finally grew a set and says he would pardon them if charged. Well they have been so he best act.

I have read articles that said the Gov. will pardon if the couple are *convicted* (not necessarily *charged*). Still, the AG did file a brief to have the charges dropped. Perhaps, the gov. will issue the pardon if the AG's efforts to dismiss fail. We'll see.

Hopefully it will work out for them, regardless of political leanings. One just needs think of what it would be like for those of us who do not have the resources to mount a serious legal defense against the legal mugging.

Trump already hinted around he would pardon them if convicted.
