Better than that, I once had to call Rock Island to ask a technical question. I dialed the number expecting the phone to be answered by a machine telling me to press 1 for English, etc. Boy was I surprised when a human answered the phone. I asked to speak to a gunsmith, & he answered “that’s me, what is your question”. Now that’s service. GARY.
