Has parties all the time, guests park all over, and this AM one is blocking my driveway!
I have talked to them and just get a dismissive gesture or "yeah OK". Really I do not want to get on the "WRONG" side of these people.

We had another member here before the server crash with same problem loud music and other problems down the road we have a neighbor who is bat sh$t crazy.

Just invite yourself over to their parties.
With all that commotion, they won't even notice you're drinking and eating on them.
See how simple life can be.
