Anyone have current experience with WOW?

Spectrum is getting more and more imaginative with their bills - $200 for the garbage they have on the excess channels they force on us. Wife ( the negotiator) called and got a rep with super crappy attitude. We would have dumped a lot of channels for a reduction, no dice. Maybe she was the sister of the scrawny broad advertising spectrum on tv.

Thinking of WOW. We recognize the $85 monthly is an introductory offer, and the equipment is extra, plus taxes and fees. However I’m guessing we could shave off $50 or more from what we are paying. Question is, how is their quality? Reliability?
