Battery cooking off rounds?

Never heard of such, even if he calls them "bullets."

I've heard of 9 volt batteries doing it with .22LR, but something aint right with that story.

Look at the size of that battery! :shock:

That was one Hell of a big pocket!

Edit: I can see maybe one, but how did the other three "bullets" manage to get lit off?

One going off wouldn't have enough ass to blow another three so they would have to have contacted the terminals also.

Yea the articles says that's what it was.

So, he puts a handful of rounds in the pocket, followed by the battery which would have to be upside down and somehow it makes an electrical connection four times before he can do something about it?

Sorry, I'm not buying it.
