Having seen oil drop in price and major upstream companies (drilling, exploration, supply) start cutting back and laying scores of people off.

The writting on the wall is the mid stream and down stream (refining) are going to be effected as well...

Though most likely in months to come.

I work with all the major refineries in the U.S, they run so much product, that each year they shutdown and do overhaul maintenance to keep the running. This provides great jobs for 100s of thousands of workers.

If the refineries slow down, and do not process as much as they normally do, you can imagine the economic impact that will have for those within this industry.

Also, as of today 3 major refineries, one being the u.s's largest, held a meeting about postponing the shutdown maintenance work do to this COVID 19, and the fact that these jobs bring in on average 4 to 7,000 workers per site. They dont want to contribute to the spread. And spread it will. Most workers are bussed into the refineries, all coughing and shitting on eachother.

i guess im looking at another side vacation.....

Saudi and Russia have both ramped up production, oil prices are dropping like a rock.

The oil glut and the Wuhan flu have nothing to do with each other.

Absolutely - they are the tools of the Demirats. Notice they stopped the impeachment talk, Russia, Ukraine BS. Never let a good crisis go to waste. The Demorats will cause any harm to the US to get back into power. Seems to be just like when they got FDR into power. Causing a recession may let them take over power from Trump, even with Alzheimer Joe at the anointed one. Cannot wait until Alzheimer Joe pick the Hildabeast as his VP! Joe will die of a heart attack during his inauguration!

Also notice how the press pushed Trump that he was exposed to the Plague during his press conference Friday. Clearly he is infected according to them. If Trump is infected, the he exposed Pence. Neither can execute their office. Then Polozi the PIG is Prez!

This 100% you cannot turn on the tv without hearing that the world is ending. The LEFT WING SOCIALIST EXTREMISTS and NEWS MEDIA called Trump an extremist for reacting the way he did early on with all the travel restrictions. Now the very same people are saying he did not act soon enough.

Plus Obama did not do anything until after 1000 people died from H1N1 yet the NEWS MEDIA treated him totally different and he could do no wrong.

Tell me....how the hell does anyone one person control a virus. Except how everything that's been done so far as a whole. No one eninity can control anything like this. It take participation of everyone on an individual level.

But to weaponize this virus as a political tool is wrong. The President trys to help AMERICA with positive messages of not panicking. While the DEMOCRATS and LEFT WING NEWS MEDIA are using it to scare people and use it against the POTUS. This is wrong. Things like this should unite us as a nation to defeat it. Not be used to divide us and cause panick in this nation. All for the sake of gaining political power

If the media was responsible for the panic, then people would be shooting each other over the last box of mashed potatoes. Only 5% of the population is in panic mode right now, just wait for the other 95%.
