Following guidance from state authorities, the county mailed ballots to all of its 1.3 million registered voters in the Las Vegas area, but 223,000 were never delivered, according to a new report authored by the conservative nonprofit Public Interest Legal Foundation and confirmed by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Although the report attributed the undeliverable ballots to outdated voter rolls, the problem alludes to ones other counties could face if they pursue mail-only voting in the November presidential election

The problem I see is not that 223k ballots were undeliverable. The problem is first, those voters were not removed from the rolls because of the bad address. Second, somebody know knows exactly which ballots were undeliverable. That is incredibly valuable information for a vote fraud campaign. Indeed, one might speculate that this mass ballot mailing was done in a deliberate attempt to generate that information for somebody.

This mail in situation is VERY scary. One can only imagine the legal challenges the will inevitably befall possibly a majority of States...
