If you watch the rest of this moron's vids, you'll quickly realize he's earned the title.

Was this guy arrested? He broke a couple laws. And the self defense claim, I don't really think works in this situation.

The shooter? No. He's spouting on incessantly about how OPD cleared him. He states they issued a warrant for the gun-waver in the Z-car.

Hopefully the SA will see this and charge them both.

The guy in the truck is lucky none of his round hint anyone shocked that jack ass is not in jail.
