Who says he's still in self quarantine and intends to stay in his house until "They" say its 100% safe to come out.

I didn't argue with him about it, but no one who we might consider a part of "They" would ever, ever, ever stick their neck out so far as to say its completely safe and we can go back to normal.

I think poor Eddie is going to be in the house for a long long time!
