Wanna bet she votes for Joe no matter who wins NY?
Who or what part of the government picks electors for the college?

There are some people who are attempting to nullify the electoral college altogether. They want to form state coalitions wherein a state pledges the elector to vote for whoever wins the popular vote.
It’s sneaky, it’s underhanded...it’s politics!

A "Faithless Elector", but it won't matter or even be reported.

Let's play Jeopardy!

Answer: December 15th, 2020

Quetion: When will President Trump invoke the Insurrection Act?

Why December 15th you ask?

The electoral college convenes on December 14th and formally votes to elect the next president. Trump will remain on standby until then. Once the electoral college votes, he's got a green light to take care of business.

Now, will he do it? Don't know. Obviously he's got to win the election. When he wins, start watching for trip wires to indicate that will happen.

Before invoking it, the president "must first issue a proclamation ordering the insurgents to disperse within a limited time, 10 U.S.C. § 334.4. If the situation does not resolve itself, the President may issue an executive order to send in troops,"

Correct. NY State doesn't have a Faithless Elector law. She can vote however she chooses.
