We're not in Broward Ger by my girlfriend Liz is a real estate atty and handles cases all of the state, she's a UM grad and knows lots of folks down that way.
I'm going to pm you her number, I'm sure she can either help or refer you to someone competent.

So location of the attorney is not as important as what they can do for you. Is it contract negotiations or simple title work? I’ve used Kenneth Baxter with Krause & Baxter in Coral Gables and Greg Geffen at Geffen Law in Boca Raton. Top notch attorneys.
