They are trying again to kill ballot initiatives, even though we have voted against it several times in the last decade.

The only real change needed, is to up the required votes to like 2/3's or better yet 3/4's.
It takes 3/4's of the States to amend the US Constitution, the same should go for amending the State Constitution.
I believe the number is currently 60%, and that is better than the original 50% plus 1.
But in my opinion, 60% is still too small of a majority to be amending the state's Constitution.
