WTF Are These Things?

A COP gave me a big evidence bag full of oddball ammo and stuff, and I just broke it out and found these things.
All the nail gun blanks I've seen are .22 and this is a center fire.
I haven't miked one, but they look to be about .32 caliber.
Any ideas?

They are rimmed for centerfire blank firing revolvers.
RWS / GECO makes them in several sizes/flavors.

I was thrown off by the crimp.
Most blanks have a roll crimp over some kind of sealant.

RWS 7mm black powder blanks.
7mm is denoted by the '320' on the headstamp.
