I see some dots on the radar

"Lieutenant, I see some dots on the radar. Looks like a flight of planes."

"Ah, just some seagulls, or a flight of B-17s coming into Hickham."

And, they kept coming.

"Hey, there's a big red disc on the wing."

"No way."

And the bombs fell.

Arizona, Oklahoma, and many others. Schofield barracks.

Quite a Sunday morning, December 7, 1941.

And how soon some have forgotten,

"Yesterday, December 7, 1941—a date which will live in infamy"

Patriotism is at an all time low. I cannot help but see the connections to schools and university brainwashing and indoctrinating children. That was the plan all along. And it was done masterfully. I remain hopeful we can recover our great country but I have to admit that hope is fading fast

I will keep all of our service men and women in my thoughts. My wife and I are retired disabled veterans and we will always be ready to serve this country. Outdated and unpopular as that be to some aside.

Semper Fi my brothers.

I may be wrong, and I hope that I am... but, I think every generation feels the same about the upcoming batch of young adults.
1 Kings 19:18
Romans 11:4
Isaiah 1:9
(I remember, back in the late 50s, through the 1960s and into the 1st half of 1970s... "Those long hair, hippy freaks won't fight for our nation. They'll move to Canada"....
During a war many pacifists will refuse to fight; pacifists will refuse to take part in any activity that might support the war."
However, nowadays, the military pays MORE, has better benefits, better VA facilities and reenlistment bonuses)

When I think of this, & feel bad, I think of the smoldering ruins of Hiroshima, & Nagasaki. GARY

Thanks for that. I was going to put the text up tomorrow but you saved me.

I am not a Roosevelt fanboy but, that was leadership, no, LEADERSHIP. Compare that to what we have now.
