I know, I know--when you think PD, you think DEI commies that finished at the bottom of their law school class. Well, there must be some exceptions in Miami-Dade, because I like this. Florida's official response to our lawsuit. They have filed a MOTION TO DISMISS OR, IN THE ALTERNATIVE, MOTION TO STAY AND INCORPORATED MEMORANDUM OF LAW.

The State of Florida is basically arguing that our suit has no standing and that gun control is constitutional.
